Job Title: DM Sr. Manager
Report to: DM Director

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES:
- For assigned studies or projects, Act as DM primary contact person for study team/service provider
- For assigned studies or projects, Communicate DM related timelines and deliverables to study team member and follow up to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
- For assigned studies or projects, Reviews and monitors the study-level DM tasks, provide guidance and support
- Develop and manage internal data management related process
- Identifies business and technical risks and proposes mitigation strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 6+ year’s working experience in data management in pharmaceutical industry, experience in oncology studies is preferred.
- Functional expertise (including understanding of data management standard, related process, industry guideline, etc.)
- Proven experience in data management process from study start to clean database release, including experience in collaboration with other functions involved in study process
